Centre Support Bond
Family participation at our Centre enriches the experiences of our children and enables the Centre to save on regular grounds and maintenance expenditure.
The Centre Support Bond of $300 is collected across terms 1, 2 and 3 ($100 per term), and refunded to families at the end of term 4, providing roster commitments of 1 grounds roster and 1 working bee per year are met. (A discount applies to the bond for HCC Holders).
In the event families are unable to carry out one or both of their rosters, levies will be deducted from the Centre Support Bond at the end of term 4, as follows – missed grounds roster ($100 levy) and missed working bee ($200 levy).
The remaining balance of any Centre Support Bond, after deducting applicable roster levies, will then be refunded (or an invoice issued for any balance owing).
Invoicing and Payments Our Centre uses the Child Care EasyPay direct debit system for all fee payments. You will receive forms for completion at the next step of the enrolment process. Invoices are issued in the second or third week of each term and deductions are made by Child Care EasyPay two weeks after the invoice date. Penalties are charged by Child Care EasyPay for insufficient funds and any changes to bank or credit card details must be communicated to the Centre’s Finance Officer.
Tax Deductible Building Fund
Our Centre has a tax deductible building fund
and welcomes voluntary contributions at any time during the year. Contributions
over $2 are tax deductible.
